Red wine vinegar, grape concentrate and sugar reduced to deliver a sweet caramelised flavour.
Gluten Free. 250ml.

Try:
Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Aurelio Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
1.5kg boned butterflied lamb
6 fresh Bay Leaves
2 teaspoons Salt Flakes
4x teaspoons Olive Oil
2x 15ml Aurelio Balsamic Vinegar
3x teaspoons Riverina Grove Crushed Garlic

Preheat oven to 220 degrees
Scatter broken bay leaves, half the salt, garlic, oil and  vinegar on the  lamb and leave to marinate just until room temperature
Sprinkle remaining salt and roast in hot oven for 30 minutes.
