General Delivery Information
Please note: we cannot deliver to PO boxes. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Riverina Grove uses Toll IPEC as our preferred Courier. All rates are based on Toll IPEC’s postcode zones. Freight prices quoted on your order may occasionally vary to the actual rate. Riverina Grove reserves the right to charge the actual freight rate once known.
Products/Hampers are generally delivered during business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Sometimes it is necessary to charge a ‘redelivery fee’. Although we try to ensure this never happens, there are certain situations that will incur a re-delivery fee.
- When items require re-delivery due to incorrect/insufficient recipient address being provided
- When items require re-delivery due to delivery address being unattended and no safe place to leave the gift eg. Locked gate, bad weather
Order to Delivery
We aim to ensure that your items are delivered on the date you requested. Please note that certain areas require an allowance of longer delivery times due to delivery situations being harder to control (eg: more remote locations and busy festive times such as Christmas). If we experience a delay in despatching your item we will contact you. We recommend placing your order at least 5 days before your requested date.
Local deliveries (Griffith area) can be delivered on the same day, if ordered prior to 12pm. This is not always possible so please give us a call on 02 6962 7988 to confirm.
In order to ensure your Christmas hampers are delivered on time, we have an order cut off date. After this date it is still possible to order, however we cannot guarantee that the hampers will be delivered prior to Christmas.
It is vital that you enter the correct information for your delivery. If details are incorrect and your producst need to be redelivered, a ‘redelivery fee’ will be incurred.
Items Not Received
In the event your hamper/product does not arrive, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Riverina Grove. Should this happen, we will contact our Courier company and instigate a search for the items. Your items will be delivered as promptly as possible.
Delivery to Business Addresses
If your gift is being delivered to a ‘business’ please ensure that you enter the ‘name’ of the business to ensure the delivery process runs as smoothly as possible.
Delivery to Hospitals
When ordering items for delivery to a hospital please ensure that the recipient will still be admitted at time of delivery. Redelivery will incur an additional delivery fees.
