1 package (250g) CasalareBrown Rice Spaghetti
2Tbsp olive oil
1Tbsp Riverina Grove Crushed Garlic
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 oiled anchovies, chopped or 1Tbsp anchovy paste (optional)
1C (20-25) Aurelio Organic Mediterranean Olives (pitted and chopped)
1 can (200g) chunk style Tuna in spring oil, drained
1 jar Riverina Grove Pizza Pasta Sauce
pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp minced parsley or basil leaves
1-2Tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)
In a saucepan, heat the oil, garlic and onion, add anchovies (optional) stir and cook. Add pasta sauce, olives, and tuna cook through.
While making the pasta sauce, cook pasta following package directions and drain well.
Toss the pasta with pasta sauce, pepper to adjust the taste. Sprinkle minced parsley (or basil), parmesan cheese (optional), and serve. Buon appetito!
