Pan-Seared Fish With Tomatoes & Olives


2 pieces John Dory fillet

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1-2Tbsp olive oil

3-4 pieces Aurelio Organic Lemon Pepper Green Olives, pitted and chopped

3-4 pieces Aurelio Organic Fennel & Lemon Black Olives, pitted and chopped

100g shimeji mushrooms

150g broccoli, chopped

100ml water

¼ jar Aurelio Organic Basilico Pasta Sauce


  1. Season the fish with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat.

  3. Add olive oil, shimeji mushrooms and broccoli and fry for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add water and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add pasta sauce and olives and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Add fish fillet, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5-6 minutes.

  7. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve immediately. Enjoy!
